One of the ongoing delights we experience every year with the CTA Corssroads season is an oppotunity to greet and thank our loyal subscribers for their ongoing support of quality live theatre. We know that with your attendance and generous dontations, we contunue to uphold a standard of excellence that even our competitors admire. We are sure you are eager to see what is new here at CTA Crossroads.

With our sixth season, we demonstrate that we have listened to your requests and are presenting both the nostagic and the favorites, including the renowned works of Stephen Sondheim and Alan Menken.

Our Season opens with SUDS - your chance to wash away the winter blues, followed by Into The Woods, Beauty and the Beast, and Driving Miss Daisy. The line up is one crowd-pleaser after another. Even if you have seen these shows before, experiencing them at Crossroads creates lasting memories in an intimate setting.

The past year did bring some sorrow. The beloved director Joe Barnett, who brought My Way. Christmas My Way and Moon River to the big stage last season, passed away in April 2006. Joe will be greatly missed by all of us, and his memory lives on in the form of the Joe Barnett Scholarship for the Performing Arts. Your generous donations to this fund will not only provide educational opportunities for young artists, it will ensure the Joe's memory lives on i the fostering of new talent through the scholarship. Donors of $25 or more will receive a complimentary CD in honor of Joe and written by Rick Cordes, entitled "Around Again".

Our first commitment is your comfort and enjoyment as we present quality live theatre. We look forward with this season to do more than just maintain the quality of performance on which our reputation is built. We would like to "raise the bar" a notch or two and provide even more innovation and comfort to our audiences. We encourage you to share your ideas with us, and give generously to assist us in reaching our goal.
